POLYUREA
POLYUREA is a system for waterproofing and surface protection of buildings, industrial facilities and infrastructure through the application of a continuous elastomeric membrane with no joints or overlaps.
The coating can be applied using hot or cold application methods, depending on site requirements, the type of substrate and the required performance. Once cured, the membrane forms a flexible, durable protective layer that adheres firmly to the substrate.

System Features
Polyurea provides a high level of protection against water, weathering, abrasion and chemical attack. Its flexibility allows it to accommodate minor substrate movements, reducing the risk of cracking and discontinuities in the waterproofing system.
Thanks to the material’s fast reaction time, application can be completed quickly, allowing treated surfaces to be returned to service with minimal downtime.
Benefits
- Continuous, monolithic membrane with no joints.
- Excellent waterproofing performance.
- High flexibility and ability to accommodate substrate movements.
- Resistance to abrasion, impact and chemical agents.
- Fast application and rapid curing.
- Suitable for complex geometries and irregular surfaces.
- Can be applied using hot or cold methods, depending on site conditions.
Fields of Application
POLYUREA is suitable for waterproofing and protecting roofs, terraces, basins, storage tanks, car parks, industrial floors, concrete structures, infrastructure and surfaces exposed to wear or harsh environmental conditions.
It can be used both in new construction projects and for the repair, protection and maintenance of existing surfaces.
