PLUS-SYSTEM: Foundation Soil Consolidation and Stabilization
PLUS-SYSTEM is a technology for foundation soil consolidation through the controlled injection of expanding polyurethane resins. The system improves the mechanical properties of the soil, increasing its density and helping stabilize structures affected by settlement or foundation instability.
This treatment is particularly suitable in cases of differential settlement, cracking, localized subsidence, or reduced soil bearing capacity. Once injected into the ground, the resins react rapidly, expanding in volume to fill voids, cavities, and discontinuities within the soil.

How It Works
Consolidation is carried out through small-diameter boreholes drilled near the foundations. The polyurethane resin is injected through specially designed injection tubes and expands in a controlled manner within the target soil volume.
The expansion of the resin compacts and improves the soil, with the aim of increasing its strength and reducing the risk of further settlement.

System Benefits
- Minimally invasive treatment, without extensive excavation or major demolition.
- Fast execution and minimal disruption to activities within the building.
- Targeted application in areas affected by settlement.
- Improved bearing capacity of the foundation soil.
- Filling of underground voids and cavities.
- Ability to monitor the effectiveness of the treatment during execution.
Fields of Application
PLUS-SYSTEM can be used to consolidate foundation soils supporting residential, industrial, and commercial buildings and existing structures affected by settlement or localized instability.
It is suitable for applications involving shallow foundations, floors, foundation slabs, load-bearing walls, and structures showing cracks caused by settlement or loss of soil bearing capacity.
