Description of Intervention

The project involved the execution of specialized structural work as part of the effort to restore the horizontal alignment and structural safety of the residential building known as Villa Rosi, located in the municipality of Ussita.

Specifically, the project involved structural work aimed at restoring the building’s geometric and static conditions, which had been compromised by foundation settlement resulting from seismic events, as well as improving the structure’s seismic performance.

Edilsystem S.r.l. served as the specialized contractor, handling the on-site work called for by the project, including the controlled lifting of the structure, the management of the most delicate operational phases, and the execution of the work necessary for the temporary stabilization and realignment of the building, as well as the seismic retrofitting of the structure.

The work was carried out in accordance with the design specifications and safety procedures, with particular attention paid to monitoring the stresses induced during the various phases of the project and to preserving the structural integrity of the existing building.
